PDE - Academic Achievement Report 2003-2004
The No Child Left Behind Act (NCLB) requires that all groups of children reach
proficiency in Reading and Math by 2014.
AYP (Adequate Yearly Progress) school targets address proficiency as well
as participation and attendance/graduation.
