Tax Office Clerk
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma/GED
Skills: Ability to compose letters with good grammar and proper punctuation, reflective of an educational institution; Excellent telephone skills; Solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel; Comfortable learning new software applications and an overall aptitude for computer utilization; Strong keyboarding skills - Must achieve a minimum net score of 100 kpm on a Data-Entry test with 95% accuracy; Good filing skills; Ability to maintain a current tax base for businesses and individuals with a high level of speed and accuracy; Excellent interpersonal skills; Working knowledge of Federal W-2 forms, Schedule C, Schedule K-1, and Form 2106 is preferred but an overall understanding/comprehension of taxes (federal, state, and local) is necessary.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year experience processing various tax reports; Prior experience successfully working with the public; Prior experience successfully handling cash/check transactions.

Personal Care Aides
Under the direction of the classroom instructor, the daily substitute perosnal care aide will provide assistance to students ages 3-21 with emotional, physical, and/or academic needs in accordance with the student's Individualized Educational Program (IEP); assist student with self-help skills such as feeding, dressing and personal hygiene; complete checklists/charts relating to student behaviors and/or academic assignments.
