Attend Vendor Fair in April to gather ideas. Meet  to make final decision on which fundraiser to do and when. Get order forms ready to distribute to students, promote fundraiser and prize plan. Collect orders; notify Head Homeroom Parents to tally orders; send orders to fundraiser company.
Set dates for delivery and pick-up of fundraiser orders. Collect money, write receipts and give money to Treasurer to deposit. Send late notices to anyone who has not turned in their fundraiser money.

Book Fair

Set dates, place order, have teachers schedule their class time at Book Fair, promote to parents/students. Help student's find/select books. Write receipts, collect money and give to Treasurer to deposit.

Boxtops

Publicize collecting Boxtops. Collect, count, bundle and prepare Boxtops to be mailed to General Mills. When check arrives, give to Treasurer and let students know how the collection did.

Soup Labels

Library Parents

School Picnic

Find and schedule place for picnic. Send information to all students. Collect and tally orders and money. Send home tickets ordered. Be on hand at picnic for any questions or problems.

Plan a trip for all 6th graders according to consensus at parent meeting. Plan fundraiser to support trip and keep records of funds raised per student. Arrange for all transportation; get the tickets, reservations and itinerary with 6th grade teachers' help.

Musical Salute

Plan with Music teachers and 6th grade teachers. Call 5th grade parents to host evening, set-up refreshments and clean up.

Patrol Trip
