Application Information
 
All applicants must complete the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release for their current employer AND must also complete one disclosure for each of the applicant's former employers that were school entities or where the applicant was employed in a position having direct contact with children. (Therefore, the applicant may have to complete more than one disclosure form.)
 
-All applicants must complete the following forms in addition to any forms listed below the desired position-
Current AASD Employees: if you have received a letter notification that your clearances are due to be updated, refer to the above documents for instructions.

When applying for a Non-Instructional position, please include the following:

    • A copy of your PA Teaching Certificate

    • College Transcripts
    • Letter of Inquiry

Instructional Positions Application & Instructions

When applying for an Instructional position, please include the following: 
    • PDE-353A Standard Application for Teaching Positions in PA
    • A copy of your PA Teaching Certificate
    • Official transcripts in a SEALED envelope from your college/university
    • Three (3) letters of recommendation

Non-Instructional Positions Application & Instructions
