Support I am having trouble accessing my Email
I get a 'bad auth' message when trying to get my Email This means that you are either entering your username incorrectly or your password. Remember -- passwords are case sensitive! Also - your username is the same one as used for your dial-up. It is also possible that we entered your password incorrectly when setting up your account. If you are sure you are entering everything correctly, and you are still getting this message -- give us a call and we can re-enter your password.
I get a message 'server not found' or ' server not responding' This is an indication that your Mail
and News Preferences are incorrectly configured. Try the following steps:
