Administrator/Director Application & Instructions
 
When applying for an Administrator or Director position, please include the following: 
  • Administrator/Director Application
  • A copy of your PA Teaching Certificate
  • Credentials
  • College Transcripts
  • Letter of Inquiry
  • Resume
  • Clearances
  • FBI Criminal Background Check/Fingerprinting
Applicant must complete the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release for their current employer AND must also complete one disclosure for each of the applicant's former employers that were school entities or where the applicant was employed in a position having direct contact with children! (Therefore, the applicant may have to complete more than one disclosure form.)

Instructional Positions Application & Instructions

When applying for an Instructional position, please include the following: 
  • PDE-353A Standard Application for Teaching Positions in PA
  • A copy of your PA Teaching Certificate
  • Official transcripts in a SEALED envelope from your college/university
  • Three (3) letters of recommendation
  • Clearances
  • FBI Criminal Background Check/Fingerprinting: The local site is Advantage Staffing on Pleasant Valley Boulevard. (near 17th Street) (814) 944-3571
