Special Education Aides

If you have a passion for working with students, we want you! The District seeks dedicated and caring individuals to work one-on-one with a student and/or with multiple students to meet the needs identified in the student’s Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs). All activities conducted by the Special Education Aide (SEA) are under the direct supervision of the classroom teacher.

SEAs will assist students in one or more of the following areas: Academic Assistance, Feeding Assistance, Functional and Daily Living Activities, Mobility Skills, Personal Activities, Behavior Intervention, and Charting.

Custodian and Laborer Substitutes

If you like to make sure things look ship-shaped, we want you to join our team! Substitutes are needed to care for, protect, and preserve the conditions of our buildings and grounds so that we can provide a safe, clean, and pleasant environment for the students. Such work will include - cleaning classrooms, offices, restrooms, cafeterias, gymnasium, elevators, stairwells, halls, furniture, locker rooms, and showers, replacing accessible light bulbs, emptying trash, ascertaining security of the building, removing snow and ice from walks and entrances, assists in the preparation of school events.

All three shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) are available. Full-time positions in the District are filled based on your performance as a Substitute; $10.00/hour for the first 90 days then increase to $11.00/hour.

Substitute Teacher (ESS)
