Inventionland Education

The Inventionland curriculum is taught in the AAHS Entrepreneurship class.  Students enrolled in the class identify a problem, ideate a solution and then develop a protype and marketing campaign for their idea/invention.

Students in Mr. Jesse Frailey’s  entrepreneurship traveled to Pittsburgh to compete in the  Inventionland competition in Pittsburgh.  While there, they pitched their product to a panel of judges.  Students are tested on their research, marketing, public speaking skills and overall presentation.

AAHS students Isabella Graham and Angela Petrarca both received awards for their projects; Isabella – Gold Level Inventor for her project:  The Retainer Maintainer; and Angela Petrarca – A Silver Level Inventor for her project:  Wag Swag.
