Become a Classroom Aide!
The AASD Adult Ed Program welcomes the support of Volunteer Classroom Aides to provide in-class support to our learners preparing for their High School Equivalency credential or brushing up their math and reading skills to enroll in college, career training, or employment opportunities.
Volunteer Classroom Aides assist during class to provide supplemental instruction to students who are enrolled in the class. Volunteer Classroom Aides receive training and ongoing professional learning opportunities.

Requirements
Volunteers must:
- Be over 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be available to volunteer at least 2 hours per week
- Be able to work under the direction of our instructors
