The Altoona Area School District (AASD) will receive bids for the purchase of the district vehicles listed below. The bids will be received in the District Administrative Offices, 1201 Eighth Avenue, Altoona, PA 16602 until 11:00 am, September 20, 2024, and opened and read aloud at that time. The vehicle will be sold to the highest bidder.
 
Bids should be sealed and marked on the outside of the envelope vehicle purchase and addressed to Susan Franks.
 
Please specifically identify the vehicle bid using the vehicle make, model, and year. All transfer costs, including tax and title fees, will be the responsibility of the buyer.  
 
Potential buyers must be prepared to remove the vehicles from District lots on or before Friday, September 27, 2024. Vehicles remaining will be re-advertised for sale after that date.
